Television Warranty Information
Kith Consumer Products, Inc. (KCPI) expresses the following limited warranty on AFFINITY products. This warranty extends to a new television purchased from an authorized reseller/retailer within the U.S. by the original purchaser or consumer who received the product as a gift. Retain and provide the original bill of sale (or photocopy) as proof of purchase. It is also recommended that you retain original box and foam packaging.
Limited One (1) Year Warranty on Parts and Labor
KCPI warrants the parts in this product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase from authorized retailers.
Your Responsibility
Warranty service shall be provided when a return authorization number (RMA#) is provided to you. Warranty extends to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover cosmetic imperfections, damages incurred during shipment to KCPI, misuse, natural disasters or accidents.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If after following the user manual, quick start and troubleshooting guide, should you find it necessary to contact Customer Service directly, call 888-777-0450 from 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri (Pacific Time). Have your date of purchase, serial number, and a full understanding of the issue ready for your call center representative.
Limitations
The flat panel display is an innovative device that is manufactured to precise tolerances with active performing pixels of at least 99.99%. As such, it is NOT a malfunction to view multiple non-performing pixels on your screen. All warranties implied by state law are expressly limited to the duration of the limited warranties set forth above with the exception of warranties implied by state law as hereby limited, the foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees, agreements, etc., with respect to repair or replacement of any parts. KCPI shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have rights that may vary from state to state. Some states don’t allow limitations on warranty duration, exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply.
Consumer Audio Warranty Information
KCPI expresses that this warranty extends to new converter boxes purchased from an authorized reseller/retailer within the U.S. by the original purchaser or consumer who received the product as a gift. Retain and provide the original bill of sale (or photocopy) as proof of purchase. It is recommended to retain original box and inside packaging.
Limited One (1) Year Warranty on Parts; One (1) Year Warranty on Labor
KCPI warrants the parts found in converter boxes against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During the first 90 days, KCPI will provide a new or refurbished part without charge to you; The consumer is responsible for the transportation cost and insurance (recommended) to ship the product to KCPI. KCPI shall ship a replacement back to you; if over 90 days but under 1 year, there is a $10 handling charge for a refurbished replacement unit. Service provided is warranted for the duration of the original warranty period or 45 days, whichever is greater.

Warranty service shall be provided when a return authorization number (RMA#) is provided. Cosmetic damage, imperfections, damage resulting from misuse, natural disasters, damages incurred during shipping to KCPI or accidents are not covered by this warranty.
